Our Wellbeing Programme
Refocus is a wellbeing programme for senior executives who may be suffering from stress and burnout or who are looking to avoid getting into that situation. We welcome participation either from individuals or senior teams who may want to commit to wellbeing together. This has enormous benefits for the whole organisation.
The programme starts with a three-day retreat to enable you to just stop, take stock of your life, assess how you became burnt out, if that’s the issue. We take a holistic approach to wellbeing, believing that it’s a combination of the physical, mental, emotional and even spiritual as we look for what gives you meaning and purpose.
We look at questions such as:

A three-day retreat giving you plenty of time to relax and have time to think, prompted by a framework of activities.
A number of webinars
Individual coaching with wellbeing experts tailored to what you want to work on.
Comfortable accommodation in a hotel with a Thai spa in the New Forest.

There is much evidence to show that senior executives have been more adversely affected by the conditions brought about by the pandemic, especially those showing concern for the workforce.
The effects of the pandemic for example, stress and possible burnout have been gradual, and many senior executives expect to carry this sort of emotional load.
This is bound to lead to a falloff in performance as people are either unwell or not functioning at their best. This programme represents the opportunity to invest in yourself or your senior team for the sake of themselves, their families and the business.
We invite you to read our recent published White Paper – the context, the issues, the risks and the opportunities that present themselves are all explored.
